Chin hair is the most unsightly thing in the world and as a half Puerto Rican woman, I am constantly battling the big ol' rican facial hair.
I pluck those fuckers any chance I get. Waxing hurts, cutting isn't wise, and shaving them is just plain stupid...unless you want to be the bearded lady.
Pluck away, I say.
