hey elise...i have been reading this web site and you give out great advice, well anyways..i like this guy and well i liked him through out football, b.c he was older i didnt get to see him that much but he lives in my neighborhood and my mom would try an make everything work out that we would get to see each other..like we would take him to the varity away games together b.c he was on jv he likes to see what the older guys are like...he held my had in the back seat and called me every once in a while, but thats all that happened... i told him i liked him and stuff but he never opened up...well i guess he moved on b.c after like 2-4 mouths of liking him and being just friends, he started to date this older gurl thats 2 years older then him..they dated through out b-ball and still do...well she is gonna go to ECU so she can still see him on weekends...it hurt me the day they first started to date i went home from a b-ball game and cried really badly and my mom was the only one that could understand...now as i said there still together and now he is one of the coachs for my middle schools baseball team and im on the softball team and now im gonna see him quiet a bit around school on game days and stuff...but from the moment i sall him again it brought back thouse memories with him...and i have tired to move on and now ill see him often and then summer is almost here we'll go to the pool together but i still get this crying feeling b.c everytime i look at him i see that older girl with him...please help me...i have tried to move on but i got hurt by another guy when i did try to move on...gosh i dont kno what to do?

This is REALLY difficult for me to answer... because, I dated a guy for a year and he broke up with me and I had a had time getting over him. I JUST now found someone I really liked after a year or looking for someone new. It's hard to get over someone.. i know. But Sometimes its the best thing. I have also been involved with older guys, and thats not always the best either because no matter what they tell you.. they just want some. Hang out with him some, but tell him to let you know when his girlfriend will be there because it bothers you to see them together. Let him know how you feel and show him how awesome of a person you are. If you have been reading this website, you have prolly seen where I have told people... the less you ACT like you care, the more he will wonder why you don't care. It's not always what you WANT but I find it easier to NOT like someone if they aren't all nice to you and stuff. If you let him being an ass get to you... eventually you will think of him only as an ass... if you decide to try and get over him that might be a good idea? sorry if i wasnt much help on this one
