my ex-boyfriend broke up with me and stared ignoring me . Now i told him i was dating his brother and he is trying to break us up even though he said he didnt want me anymore what is his deal? help me.

Well, I would have said his 'deal' could be a number of things - jealousy, spite, deciding he does want you, now you are gone.
I think the best way to decide which is which, is to simply talk to him. Ask him if he is missing you, or if he just doesn't want you and his brother to be happy. If he won't talk to you, give him a letter/ e-mail, asking him the above and telling him that when he is ready, you want to talk.
