I am the EXACT same way! i am VEREY SELF CONCIOUSE. and truthfully its not a good thing for you or me, or anyone eles at that matter! first off, your friends, if they are true friends, they will tell you the truth! and dont worrie what they think, cuz they are suppose to be your friends, and friends shouldnt care if you look bad or not! and 2ndly another thing is CONFIDENCE IS KEY! if you have confidence in yourself, personallity wise, and apperience wise, you will be attractive to anyone, and they will be jelouse of you, because you feel good about yourself, and they probably wished they were like that. so no matter how you think in the mirror, you shoulkdhave confidence, thats what i keep telling myself, and remember, when we look at ourselves in the mirror we see all the bad things about ourselves, but when othe people look at us, they dont look as close i guess you could say. when we look at ourselves in the mirror, we nit pick at our faces and bodies, and see all of the LITTLE things, and NOT the whole picture! just remember that everyone is their own person, and is beautiful in their own way, and as i like to say, "What you see as ugly, maybe beautiful through someone eles eyes!"
if you ahve n e more questions, JUST ASK!
