I like this guy who is my age and i've known him for a while. But all my friends think he is like gross and don't see him as a boyfriend. But i sorta like him. I'm not sure but i think he might like me too. But i don't wanna go out with anyone that my friends don't think are cool or cute/hott. What should i do?

you shouldn't care if you friends dont think he is cool, cute or hot. but just make sure they dont hate eachother!. but i would just be like hey girls. i really like him, and i would like you to give him a chance. then go talk to the boy! and start flirting, and showing him signs that you like him. maybe even get one of your friends to talk to him for you. and ask if he likes you? well good luck!
