Why are you putting a smiley face after suggesting you hurt someone who, as I am led to believe by the vagueness of your question, is just "annoying" by nature?

If she just has a weird laugh or bad hygeine, just ignore her. If she intentionally tries to irritate you, ask her nicely to stop; if she ignores your plea, talk to your RA.
