If there will be other girls there, don't worry about it. In your duffel bag or backpack or whatever luggage you're bringing, wrap your stuff in a large t-shirt or towel. If there will be some female camp counselors there, they should be willing to help you out. Use a phone to call your parents.
It's a bad idea to use rayon pads and tampons. Tampons absorb all your vaginal fluids and make tiny cuts on you vaginal walls. Then, the bleach from tampons get into those cuts. Plastic/rayon pads keep your vagina from breathing and just supply more bleach. Not to mention both are terrible for the environment. Instead, use flannel pads. Either you can get them at www.pandorapads.com or you can make them yourself. They're reusable, comfortable, environmentally friendly, healthy, and don't leak. You just need to put them through the washing machine and dryer between uses. ]
