sisters boyfriend

Grrrr... this makes me so mad... My sister is tottaly whipped by her boyfriend she is 19 and has a 1 year old daughter. Okay I am bi polar and have a lot of depression and I was talking to my sis about that and her boyfriend butted in and said he didn't give a crap and that I was spoiled and just wanted attention... well anyways my niece has like set rules in that house becasue of Nathan and my sis Listens to him.. she can't have her TV on when she goes to bed and he said is it just me or is 3 bottles during the night enough and my sis said ok we won't give her that much.. I mean casue my niece wakes up and thats how she gets back to sleep. She needs to get back together with her babys father... I am getting so sick of her new boyfriend and don't get me wrong my sister loves her baby to death but this guy has got to go he is turning my sis against me.. Please help... she hung up on me and won't even talk to me... What should I do?? Sorry so long
