hey u lost a lot of weight recently right? well i was just wondering what you did to lose weight. beacause i try all the time and nothing works! thanks for your help!

heyhey, yeah i did lose some wieght and then i went on vacation and ate popcorn and mud pie for breakfast haha. i gained a little back but now im losing it again. BUT lol what i did was swimming everyday for an hour in a half( on the swim team) and well the medicine im on made me less hungry. so i ate less too. i cut alot of carbs out, mashpotatos, frenchfries and bread. if i did eat bread it would be wheat. now that swim team is over i eat small portions. and started up running 2 miles at night with the dog. and do about 200 crunches. I just started that so write back in a week or so and ill tell you how that goes! alrighty! just dont starve yourself! peacee and good luck<3 chrissy ]
