Moderatotrs with Low Ratings

Currently there are approximately 4 columnistd with a rating lower then 4. One columnist even has a rating lower then 3. Isn't it necessary to maintain your rating as above 4 in order to be a moderator? If it's not I think it should be becuase it isn't fair for the people that are trying to raise their ratings to be mods. Just a thought...

Point taken! I'll set the minimum at 3.8 so people have some wiggle room, but from now on moderators will have to keep up their ratings.
