(im 16 and a dude case it helps) ok i liked this girl for...lets say a long time n ppl say she s liked me a lot for a long time too...and i asked her out n everything was ok for two n a half months n she broke up with me n sed we should jus be friends... so obviously i was like WTF n then like a week after she dumped me she hooks up wit some other kid n i still love her wat can i do to make her realize how much i care for her n how can i basically get back with her without causin any BS wit her neww bf

I would tell her how you feel. I think its the only thing you can do, with out interfering with their realashonship. Sorry this advice isnt long. I couldnt really think of anything else but be honest with her that wouldnt interfer with her boyfriend. I know you wont probably rate high. But I tried to help =/
