ugh, from what you said, he sounds like the type of hot, gorgeous guy who takes advantage of his looks to do sexual things with hot girls. those type of guys don't turn out to be loyal bfs and end up dating several girls at the same time. i don't think you should really, and if he brags about sex with girls, he's a total perv. i'm sorry, it's not like i know him but it sure sounds like it. plus getting head at age 13 is just wrong, don't lose your virginity to this guy who probably doesn't even love youu.
