for excersise I am walking every other day the other days doing taebo. I do curl ups squats and the ab lounger everyday. I eat oatmeal for breakfast and a smart choice meal for lunch and dinner how much could I possibly loose in 2 in a half months and what could I do to speed it up? I am overweight and I really wanna do this....plus theres a guy :)

Your body is propbably not use to all of this, Give it time and your weight will be lost. If this isnt working after a while try and weight loss program. Go to a gym. Karen answered Tuesday February 22 2005, 8:46 pm: What you are doing to lose weight will definitely work and you will probably lose about 15-20 pounds, depending on your body, in 2 and a half months. Just keep on exercising and eat healthy and you will see great results.
