for excersise I am walking every other day the other days doing taebo. I do curl ups squats and the ab lounger everyday. I eat oatmeal for breakfast and a smart choice meal for lunch and dinner how much could I possibly loose in 2 in a half months and what could I do to speed it up? I am overweight and I really wanna do this....plus theres a guy :)

Hey wow you seem really determined that's awesome! I am impressed! I heard you should only lose up to 3 pounds a week healthily even though the other person said 2 pounds.. I am not positive you could look that up... In 2 and a half months I have seen people lose up to 30 pounds! It all ranges on people's body type, and workout plan and dedication. However, you wil be in great shape I would think if you did this for 2 months. Good luck!

Okay doing what you do is good. You just have to keep up with it. Your body is propbably not use to all of this, Give it time and your weight will be lost. If this isnt working after a while try and weight loss program. Go to a gym. Good luck =)

What you are doing to lose weight will definitely work and you will probably lose about 15-20 pounds, depending on your body, in 2 and a half months. Just keep on exercising and eat healthy and you will see great results.

The main thing you need to do is just keep up the exercise and eat healthly, but you've got to be sure that its something you really really want to do and not something that your doing to please this guy. If the guy likes you he'll like you for who you are not for your looks. Good Luck.
