is there any way i can get killer abs. i am 13(going on 14)/f and i have a little bit of tummy flab. and i cannot do situps for beans->lol. i want like a flat stomach so i can wear bikinis and stuff. thanks

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? soccerandhockey!!! answered Monday February 21 2005, 2:30 am: oh my gosh that is totally my problem!!! unfortunaltly im not sure if my advice will help, because i will not stop eating and i dont think situps will help me either!! i suggest trying to limit your fatty foods, maybe instead of having a whole bag of chips have half the bag,but that is only if you eat alot like me lol. if you just want to have good abbs maybe you can try crunches?? they hurt, but they will help you. also this is great for your stomach, lie on the floor and put your legs together in the air. slowly bring them down while putting you hands behind you head as you would do with situps. do this maybe three times a day and youll get stronger and slimmer!!!
