Here is the thing, i was on the basketball team for my school and i quit because my knee hurts soo bad and so later on in the year my friend asked me to do track and so i said yes because my knee hasnt hurt in a while so i went to the first track meet and i had to go to the hospital for dehydration and my knee and so i left early and told my coach i quit.. well now he keeps tellin every one i am a quitter and not to be my friend. it makes me wanna cry and i dont cry.. well any ways what should i do about him?

Your coach shouldnt be tellin everyone not to be ur friend...You should talk with you coach and tell him why you quit and i bet that he will understand...I have to say that if he tells people that he must really want you back and you must be a pretty good runner!
