Peachgirly answered Saturday February 19 2005, 4:08 pm:
put the object that you cut yourself with away or just throw it away and if u have access to anything that u can use to cut yourself have your parents or sumone put it somewhere else that you won't be able to find it. when you get the urge to cut yourself snap your wrists and other areas with a rubber band. that may be better than cutting yourself. and at the same time get something else to do that will keep you busy and maybe talk on the phone with your friend. so just don't think about cutting yourself. and maybe write down how you feel on an xanga or myspace if you cut yourself when you are angry or upset. Hope things go well for you!!! <3 Peachgirly
