if a boy doesnt want to talk to you anymore just because he accusses you of prankin him when you really didnt is that a good reason to stop talkin to him?... then after a month of not talkin anymore he decides to call me out of the randomness..but i didnt answer..should i call him back? or not?...please helpp

i think that you should call back and maybe talk a bit and then say "so now do you finally believe that if wasn't me that pranked you?" if he still believes it, then forget him-stop talking to him. if he doesn't, then give him another chance =) let him know it wasn't you and that you wouldn't do something like that. good luck!!
