i need to tell you something i read your advice and it was really good!!!
im a beginner and if it is ok id like to read more of what you have to say.
oh yeah, for the fitness questions i have an exercise that i do a lot and it kinda fun.
Tell them to do elbows and toes. Its where you lay on your tummy and push up on your elbows kinda like a half pushup and it works your shoulders down to your calves.
that was just some thing i had to tell you.
