I like to sing. But when i am in a group with people for chorus i don't sing. I think i am singing but i'm not. My music teacher is getting mad at me. I try really hard to sing. I quit chorus but now i still have music periods. I can't quit. Did i make the right decision?

Once you know that your rely singing you will be so used to singing alone that when you go to a lesson or what ever imagine yourself in that room where you usally sing and youll do fine.
Karen answered Tuesday February 15 2005, 9:02 pm: I think you did make the right decision because if you tried your hardest to sing and you couldn't, then you do have a reason to quit. If you don't sing when you are in a group of people, then there is no reason to be in chorus so you did make the right decision. But then again, you did make a wrong decision, since you love singing, but then there is always next year where you can sign up again. Hope I helped :)

mysticpixie05 answered Tuesday February 15 2005, 8:55 pm: no. if you like singing, then why would you drop out of chorus. it doesnt matter if you dont like singing in a group if people, that is what chorus is. plus if you talk to the teacher and tell her about that problem, she will or would of worked with you, to help you out.
