Since I have a pudgy tummy, I was wondering of any body knew of any stretches or excercizes that only focus on your stomach? please help!
and i noticed that you said you do situps. how has that worked for you? does it make your stomach flat? hwo long do you have to do stuff like that? im 13 nd 156 pounds.. pLeAsE write back!

Here2HelpU answered Tuesday February 15 2005, 6:40 pm: it wont happen like a miricale all in one night kinda thing but it will work!!! if you dont want to do it by doing 20 situps a night you can do situps for mabey 20 minutes a night and overtime you will have a nice new stomach! i cant say it will for sure work because different peoples bodys work different ways so im not promising anything but it worked for me... i am not almost 16 years old and when i was your age my tummy was a little pudgy too.... but i did situps everynight and now i have a really nice stomach... i have been doing them for about 3 years now and my stomach has turned out like a jennifer lopez stomach... also try not to eat to much junk food! thats never good! but once again im not promising it will work because people body work in different ways! it may also put muscle into your stomach! which is always good lookin!
