sports well i am over weight and i do swimming and basketball. When i play basketball people see me before the games and think i'll be the worst player on the team. BUt then i end up being the highest scorer. At swim meets people see me about to swim and think i that im gonna get last place but then I get first. I'm really good at swimming and basketball so I do that for exercize but i want another work out wiht like stretches and stuff like that. I've triend so many workout but i end up only doing it once. Do you no of any fun workouts that i could try? Sorry for the length:(

Try doing something fun instead like kick boxing, taebo, or any other cardio sports. That will get you pumped up and will help you lose weight. Umm, you can also try cleaning around the house while listening to music. Cleaning actually helps you lose weight, since you are always moving and bending down. That's all that I can think of at this moment, sorry. Hope I helped :)
