first love

Question Posted Sunday February 13 2005, 12:08 am

My first love broke up with me. He wants to see other people. He said we can still be friends and that he loves me with all his heart. He says his life is just too complicated. How do I go on when I have to see him everyday? Help me please.

aww... well if you like him still then you can't help that... just be true to your heart... but build a strong friendship.. he might be a better friend than boyfriend... theres some one out there who will make you happier

Just because he's OK with seeing you all the time doesn't mean you have to be... if you need some space, let him know and then busy yourself with other things and people. If you want to try being friendly, then go ahead but realize that if it's not working, you can drop him like a hot potato. If friendly works, then great. It's not always possible to go from broken-up to friends right away... do what you're comfortable with and don't feel obliged to act any particular way.

You have to make everything clear with him. You have to make sure he knows how you feel about him. You should get closure. It's very hard to get over someone you love. But it will get better, if you want it to. Don't mope around and make yourself feel worse about the situation. Just keep on living your life to the fullest. You will love again.I hope everything works out good. oo yea and fyi, don't listen to loves songs. It just makes it a lot worse.
