i heard that if you jumprope at a fast pace for 5 minutes straight thats equal to running a mile.. is that true?

yes it is true if you dont stop at all well for like a second you could but you have to go real fast

actually its 15 minutes of jumproping equals the same as a mile..i asked my gym teacher =) i hope i helped!

Yes, it's true that if you jump rope at a fast pace for 5 minutes straight, it equals running a mile. That's what my physical education teacher told me. Hope I helped :)
