Ask her to make plans.. if she makes like dumb/ obv. exuses maybe she is mad at you, or hvae another friend ask if she i s mad at you or they could im/ talk to her and be like "der I`m mad ___ " and they could say so am I.. and then have them say why are you mad at her ? .. Also you could just talk to her.. when I think my friends are mad at me all i says is are you mad at me? and they dont get madd hope i hleped
