Okay well me and this guy were together over the summer and our relationship was kind of, well lets just say he wasnt so good at being a boyfriend to one girl. The thing is though that i fell for him and hes the first guy ive ever felt this way for. And i mean hes done some pretty shady things to me but still through all of that im there for him and i support him with everything (*making the college basketball team/new jobs/new car..everything*) and he knows how i feel. Well the other night we were talking online and he was telling me how amazing i am and how he really does love me and what not. Now normally id believe him but i cant because i know that if he truely did, he'd be with me right now and not a bunch of girls, ya know? So what im asking for is what is your perspective on this whole situation. Do you think im worng for not believing him or do you think he really does care but he wont be with me because he doesnt want to hurt me..thanks in advance..x0x

wow... Well I think that if you dont believe him you'll regret it later.. and thats NOT something you want to do. But at the same time he's hurt you and youve seen him be a bad boyfriend to the other girl. How can you trust a guy like that? If I were you I'd tell him that if he REALLY meant all the stuff he said that one night online then he should prove it... make him prove to you that he's changed and can be the guy of your dreams... THATS when you really know. Tell him about your concerns with his ex and you. You might have to sit him down and MAKE him talk to you.. but do whatever it takes!! Its hard to get the questions out, but once you do youll feel soooooooo much better (Ive done it.. it was really hard to ask him straight out and to his face.. but i did it and i am SOOO happy that I did). Also, dont do it online. You have to talk to him face-to-face because that makes it a lot more real and its less likely he'll lie when he's looking staright at you! If everything ends up going well then dont just JUMP into him. Go slow so he doesnt feel like things are going way too fast. I really hope this helped!!!I'm always here!!
