I have been dancing for maybe hmmmm 6 yrs. now. So maybe I can give you some tips. If you stretch every day you will become more limber and it will be easier for you to dance and do certain turns and kicks. If you don't understand how to do something, ask the dance teacher. Thats why she is teaching the class. :), To help you. Also wehter you haven't yet made a friend in the class or you have ask them to help you also. Friends are helpful and teachers when it comes to dance :)
