Fitness and Losing weight

Well, right now i'm 13, I weigh 97 pounds & i'm 5' 2". I have some issues with my body. My stomach seems to be a lil chubby, not like "omg look how chubby she is" but like when i bend over my skin over laps andyou can grap it. It even leave marks on my skin. What can i do? My thighs jiggle when i hit them and when i sit down they expand so much, what can i d to get rid of it? Also, my arms are rele skinny and shrimpy, how can i build musle on them? Two more things.. unde my eyes i have dark circle that go down to my cheek bone and i have so much acess skin so that to over laps under my eye, and my cheeks are rele chubby like i have no jaw line. idk, people say i'm like the skinniest girl eva.. but i doubgt it. Please help me. thnx

My body is like that 2 but by the sounds of you don't need to lose weight. If you are really worried why not go to the doctors.

well you don't need to loose weight it seems to me you just need to work out more. for your stomach do lots of crunches and sit ups everyday. for your butt run and like squeeze them it should help. yes you can have musles on them anyone can do that. the circles on your eyes means you need more sleep and don't eat so late if you eat late at all. hope i helped

Your 97 lbs trust me you're skinny! the problem isn't with the weight it's probaly with your self esteem. If you want to build muscle so you can have less flab lift weights, but you def. don't need to loss any weight. For your stomach you should do crunches cuz they do help.

You ARE skinny! Everyone's stomach gets rollyish when they lean over, and everyone's thighs get big when they sit down! Don't worry about this!

To tone your stomach (abdominal), you need to do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. Those marks are called stretch marks and to get rif of them, you just need to rub cocoa butter or Vitamin E cream on your skin. Try running or jogging on a treadmill and do leg exercises such as leg lifts, squats, and lunges to make them smaller and toned. This will help your legs. To build muscles in your arms, start lifting weights or try walking while holding barbels. To get rid of that dark circle under your eyes, you need to take two spoons, put them in the fridge, and then put them under your eyes and it will get rid of the darkness. Try covering them with concealer or cover up. You can't really get rid of the extra skin and your chubby cheeks because they will even out once you grow. Hope I helped :)
