Question Posted Wednesday February 9 2005, 12:51 am

I have trouble sleeping almost every night and I hate it because I have to get up for school the next day. I usually fall asleep at about one in the morning, sometimes even later than that. Anyway, 5 and a half hours is not enough sleep for me and I end up falling asleep at lunch because I'm so tired. I don't know what's wrong with me...please help!

hey! it sounds like you might have some sort of sleeping disorder...do you have lots of stress? it could be lots of things that could make you worried and then you could have trouble sleeping because of that. there also could be lots of things on your mind that could be conflicting with you being able to sleep. if you are really concerned and it gets worse, then talk to your parents about it and go to see a doctor...i hope i helped! good luck!
