hi pal, thanx for the reply. but to be frank with u. i am from mumbai.. which very advanced as our honkkong or thailand for that matter, and we don't have those laws, thats in arab countries.
pal, well u said u were brought up in northern and western, whats that i mean i didn't get u? and the people residing in thid hypothetical demarcation are they different in their prespective? please throw some light opn this matter.

Ummm, I think I know what question you are talking about, but I must have had quite a fwe typos seeing that I meant in the north part of USA and in the south part of USA, and I don't remember saying anything about laws, but I guess I did. Ummm, hypothetical demarcation? What's that mean? Sorry for whatever I said that you didn't like my response to.
