What different things can I do to lose weight in my face, stomach, legs, butt, I guess everything..?? I can't really go out and run though because there's kind of snow on the ground :p but..so what can I do to lose weight? People recommend like jump roping and stuff but would that even work? I mean it sounds kind of worthless because you arent really doing anything..your just jumping..but once again what can I do?? Please help :o) Thanx!!

DrAnqel answered Tuesday February 1 2005, 12:51 am: Try to manage a low-carbohydrate diet, eat lots of vegetables, protein and dairy rather than breads pastas and starchy foods. Any type of cardio workout will definitely help, jump-rope, stairmaster, crosstrainer, treadmill, anything to get your heart rate going, even if it's one of those exercise videos. If you exercise 4 times a week and maintain a low-carb diet like that, then you should see results fast. IM me if you want more advice on the subject Sillyangel869.
