Well recently I made a new guy friend lets call him Joe. Well whenever Joe talks to me he almost never looks in my eyes but rather above my head. Whats up with this?

Well, I'm not exactly sure so I can't give you the best answer on this, but it might be because he's kind of shy? Or maybe he's just uncomfortable with looking people in the eyes when he talks to them?? Sometimes I get like that, too:-). Lol, I honestly don't really know, I'm sorry.. But those would be my guesses.. hope I at least helped a little. :-)
