ok im basicly a dancer vollyball chick yea know the flexible thing but not good with ice.. ok so in gym class the past week weve been playing arena games and i found out its a lot more work playing out there without skates on!! and i go to the gym everyday with my sister soo ive been puttin myself threw a lot but im used to the gym soo i know thats not my problem but when we play on the ice i slip and fall and have to use alot of muscle just to keep myself up .. if theres anyone out there that can help me out with tips onto how to stay up better and to use less muscle that be great thanks!!!
