what do you do wen all your friends have problems and theyre all sad and theres nothing you can do? i want to help, but theres nothing i can do. i feel crappy becuase i want to help them so much, but they tell me i cant... what should i do?

Well, if u feel like there IS some way you could help them ask. Ask them if they are okay and if they needed any help that u will be there for them, because if their problems are serious, they probaly need someone by there side they can rely on. If they say that you can't help them and there is no way it is probaly best to go along and just be by their side, thats probaly the best thing you could do for them. If its really serious, think before you tell an adult because it might end your friendship, but if their at a health risk you have to see what one is more important. Good luck. hope i helped
