They told me after i did on that it was by my self. But i tried to do one and i just wouldnt go back. My coach yelled at me SOOO bad i was embaressed and upset. Heyy!! Im a cheerleader for a city team in Florida and the same thing happened to me!!!! My coach made me do it and i fell on my wrist and i didnt want to do it but when you think about it practice makes perfect and think everyone is counting on you, go in your front yard or backyard and take a deep breath and count 1,2,3,4,5.....and so then breath in once more and once you feel relaxed just go for it, its wat i did to get mine back. Another thing is that you can practice your backhandspring standing then practice your round off and once you feel comfortable, slowly do a roundoff stop for a split second and go for the backhandspring, then everytime go fast and fast and i guarantee youll be perfect!!! Good Luck Hope you guys do really good!!!!! i know the rush and pressure just smile and rate if you can!! Plezzz!!

Ok I'm a cheerleader but I suck at gymnastics. But I do spot my teammates because I learned the proper ways to spot without causing injuries. Anyway try doing it on the trampoline. Or sometimes what helps is doing a harder tumble (layout, back tuck, ect) on the trampoline. It will show you if you can do that you don't have to be afarid. But don't try anything without a coach or a spot. I hope I helped! ♥ good luck
