Question Posted Thursday January 27 2005, 7:31 pm

This os for health, no, really it is. Why is it okay for adults to have sex, and not for teenagers, or, at least, older teens, say 16-18? If they both know the risks, and both could get pregnant and/or diseases?

for the 16 and 17 yr olds, it's because it's still illegal, and if you get caught, it could mean a charge of satitory rape for the guy. thats why.

Oldre people are more mentally mature, and understand the consequences of their actions more. It sucks, but that's the reality. (I'm 18, and I have felt this way for a few years.)
