There's one way for sure to find out if he likes you....ask him. I know it sounds so hard to do but it really isn't. You just have to prepare yourself for either outcome. Remember everything happens for a reason. Ok so here's one way to do it. Go up to him after school or something and just be like "ok I don't know if you know this or not, but I like you" and then hopefully the response will be a good one. I've done this twice and I was really nervous but I was like if I don't find out if he likes me then I will regret it. Good luck!

oh:P i think you should spend time with him and you should be able to tell if he's interested. Don't be shy! Only let go of him if he says something mean to you or blows you off. hope i helped a little.
