hey okay so i go to sleep at 10:30 and i wake up at 6:30 but im always tired! and when i get home i usally go to sleep from 4-6 and im still extreamly tired! am i getting enough of sleep? and do you have any ways to wake up better? cuz im not good at waking up either.. HELP!

Maybe give some free advice about: Health? askmeanytime answered Thursday February 3 2005, 7:40 pm: ha! you sound somewhat like me! i usually go to sleep and wake up around the same times as you. but i don't usually take naps in between. you should go to your doctor and ask him if you have a sleeping disorder where you sleep and sleep but you just don't stop being tired. if he/she says there's nothing wrong, then just try to get to bed earlier on weekdays and weekends even though you wanna stay up 'till 4 in the morning, tell your friends that you have to getmore sleep. if this affects your school day and you are not getting great grades, you might wanna stop with the late nights and go to bed around 9 on weekdays and not much later than 11 on weekends. try these and i hope it helps!
