HELP!
I am trying to print out a paper for my class and I can't because my printer says: "Print Cartridge Cradle is stuck!" How do i get it lose I tried lifting the cover open but it won't come out!
Please do not answer if you have no idea what to do! And I rate so please reply ASAP!!!

It can be caused by clogged ink tubes. Try to take off the cartridge and put it back again. It happened on my samsung printer last month. If it does not work, bring it to printer mechanic to clean the ink tubes. Good luck

Hi I have had that same problem before but all you need to do is take the cartridge out then stick it back in and well ah it will print again!!!

go to your printer and open it then you should be able to take them out...did someone put them in wrong
