Wenzie answered Friday January 21 2005, 11:26 pm: There are a couple of things that come to my mind here...It could be heart burn which might be causing the burning,it can also be diffrent types of foods you eat before you go to bed like bananas, milk, or any type of food that is high in acid like oranges.Another thing that comes to mind is that if you miss breakfast in the morning, it doesnt give your body a lot of energy for the rest of the day so you can feel tired, or weak, and because your body is deprived of these nutrients that you need it tends to rely on the more bigger meals you eat like dinner, and breaks them down a bit slower or in some cases faster causeing the hunger in the middle of the night. Thats the best i could think of and good luck ! [ Wenzie's advice column | Ask Wenzie A Question ]

CoRyIzMuHLoVeRaNdFrIeNd answered Friday January 21 2005, 10:19 pm: Hey, well, I have those problems in the morning sometimes. I dont eat enough and wake up in the middle of the night. I'd say, try and eat a lil somethin before you go to sleep, or hold off on dinner until a later time. If you keep waking up in the middle of the night, I'd say keep a snack by your bed that you could eat if you get nugry at night. As for feeling like you are going to throw-up when you're really hungry, I get that, and what I do, is force myself to eat it, and eat whatever im eating slowly. It usually goes away in about 15-20 minutes. I think you're just used to being hungry in the middle of the night now, but eventually, you should be able to get over eating in the middle of the night if you try to fix it! Hope I helped and Good Luck! [ CoRyIzMuHLoVeRaNdFrIeNd's advice column | Ask CoRyIzMuHLoVeRaNdFrIeNd A Question ]
BeFABULOUSxo answered Friday January 21 2005, 10:08 pm: I got the same problem. What you want to try and do, is not eat a lot before you go to bed. dont eat past 7. have a really good supper and a really good breakfast. after getting into that habit the pains will go away. It worked for me! xO ali [ BeFABULOUSxo's advice column | Ask BeFABULOUSxo A Question ]
