i think i'm so fat. i know wut ur gonna say "your not fat" but idk. i weigh like 125 lbs and im 5'2. i kno that might seem not that heavy to u. But there is just so much it seems like i can't fit into clothes that normal ppl wear. it just gets so intimidating and fustrating. I do all the exercise that i can but it doesn't seem to help. Wut can i do?!?!?!

As humans (especially as females) we are always being compared to others in how we look and dress. And what's in now is to be SKINNY MINNIES! And it's hard. I agree.

First of all, know your facts. If you go to the web site [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). It lets you put in your height and weight, and then tells you your Body Mass Index which is also known as BMI. The scale is listed on the left side of the screen, but if you can't find it, this is it:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

This is you're BMI: 22.9. This means that you are in the middle of you're normal weight. GREAT JOB! That's AWESOME! Seriously!

But, then you have to think about the accuracy of the BMI calculator. I mean, it doesn't say if you're a male or female, and you're age. For a grown, adult male, you might be fine. But you're still growing and maybe you're a female. (I don't know, you didn't say in you're post, but I'm just guessing.) I mean, you might have really huge, heavy boobs. That could factor into it. Or maybe you're really muscular and that weighs MUCH more than fat.

Anyhow, if you feel self-conscience, then you should join a gym. Maybe every Sunday morning you can meet up with a friend who'd be willing to work out with you and you two could both set goals. Then, you wouldn't be alone, so you'd have fun. If that doesn't work for you, try one of those tapes that you bring home for a DYI (Do It Yourself). Those can be really effective. AND DON'T FORGET TO WORK ON THE AREAS THAT NEED WORK! Some people think that walking two miles every day will help, when that might not do anything for their stomache. (Actually, I don't know if that's true or not; it was just a random example.)

Anyhow, you're probably a great person and as much as you think it matters, it really doesn't if you're inner, fun self shines through.
