There's this guy i like and we r both in 7th greade.is that too young to date and be in love? Anyways i'm not sure if he likes me. We went out a while ago for 1 1/2 yrs. But when i IM him and stuff he said stuff like "hey fatass" and i'm like why did u say that and he said he was just kidding. I'm not sure wut to do. And alot of my friends think he is gross and ugly. but i like him. How can i find out if he likes me (i'm way too shy, and not very good at the direct approach.) I see him everyday and he looks at me and i can't tell if it is a 'like' look or a 'oh ur just standing there' look.
I need HELP!!

When I was three years old, I was in love with the color yellow, apple juice, and ballet. I don't think being 12/13 is too young if I was in love when I was three. There isn't really a certain age, but there is a certain maturity level. If you still believe in the tooth fairy, then you might not be able to be in love with a boy.
Ok. Let's think. One and one half of a year ago, you were in the middle of fifth grade. Now you are in seventh. Think of all of the changes that you've gone through in one and a half years? I mean, you've probably got smarter, many friends, learned life lessons, got boobs, maybe you're period... SO MANY THINGS! But you still like the same guy?
Let's get our brains working again. This dude BROKE YOUR HEART. You're willing to go through another heartbreak again for a few weeks or months of happiness? I say you move on to a new dude who doesn't insult you and call you a fatass.
