I really wanna get this guy to like me but i dont no how to get him to notice me ... plus i dont think he likes me even as a friend so i dont no how this is possible ... ?

Well I would say dress cute but dont go slutty because if as guy likes you for that he doesnt really like you he just wants down your pants. Be a little flirtly and wink your eye, write him a note or just be nice because if you act liek yourself your really doing the right thing, compared to the snobby girl who throws herself at guys,.You dont want ot be like that.
