MFS answered Sunday January 16 2005, 12:08 am:
Not all women ovulate at the same time during the course of their cycle. To know these things, one must make a list of observations, incluing vaginal temeratures and amount of mucous being produced. Because of this, no one can tell you the "answer" as it differs from woman to woman. A woman is "most likely" to get pregnant on or near her ovulation - sperm can live as long as 4 days inside a womam, so if she ovulates 3 days after unprotected sex, there's a pretty good chance that she can get pregnant. Also, the egg lasts so many days after ovulation, so any sex during or before that time can lead to pregnancy.<br>

Hopefully, from what I've skimmed over here, you can see that it is essentially complicated to figure out, and no two women will be the same.
