hey.. uh...i <3 your advice column thing.... okay, if you have like white specks or whatever on ur nails, that means you have a calcium deficency right? or something like that.... cuz it like relly urks mehh.......

From everything that I have ever read, white marks on your nails, bones breaking easily, inability to increase muscle mass can be indicators of a low calcium level in your blood. To increase your calcium intake you can try one of the suggestions below. Again, I am not a doctor so always check with your doctor before making any changes to your diet or exercise program.
