If a guy truly likes you, he will like you for who you are, not your outer appearance. Working out can be SO much fun if you are with your friends. Consider finding a close friend who will work out, go jogging, or whatever you choose to do! Pump up the tunes beh beh ;] If it is your stomach, then I, personally would do about 200 sit ups EVERY day. Maybe you could do 100 in the morning, and 100 at night. You could even split them up into 50 if you want! Whatever you choose to do! And, if you don't have time to pack your lunch, then just find someone that looks healthy at school. Stay away from bagels *bread is fattening* Uhm, donuts.. big no no. Candy, YUCK! uhm... anything that looks like junk food and stuff, just try to replace with something healthy! If you don't have time to make lunch in the morning, make it at night and keep it in the fridge! Well... that's about all=] hope I helped! byeee [ beautifulxSCARS's advice column | Ask beautifulxSCARS A Question ]
