Mandee answered Monday January 10 2005, 5:46 am:
Hey! If a guy is circumsized you will notice that there is no skin on the head of his penis. A guy who is not circumsized will have foreskin covering the penis. And it will be loose, so skin will be covering the head of the penis, making it difficult to see the head. Now, back to guys who are circumsized, you'll be able to see the whole head of the penis because their will be no skin covering it. That helped, right? =P And you always can ask the guy if he's been circumsized too. ( Jewish guys must be circumsized because it's part of their religion.)

Love,
Mandee
