he's saying that he DOES have feelings for her.. but he doesn`t like her THAT much.. he says that he really loves me and he wants to make things work.. i just wanna know if it's natural for anyone to have feelings for another person while they`re already in a relationship..?

Well hun, if he really does LOVE you, he shouldn't have feelings for his ex. Because, when you love someone, you don't like other people at the sametime. So, in my point of view, I don't think it's natural. At lease not when you said you love someone, but then like someone else.
