No. Claires sells the earings and only does ear piercings and i dont even think hot topic does piercing. You ahve to go to a piercing parlor to get that done.

No Claire's only pierces ears.. and i dont know about hot topic ive only been there once cause they have reallllllllly cute shoe laces ! :) but clairs sells all the earrings and u know

No. They have the belly button rings but you have to go to a piercing parlour.

No, they don't. Even though if they did, they probably wouldn't be good at it, aha. But they do have some of the cutest belly button rings but they don't pierce them. xo`

they have the studs, if that was what you were looking for, but they dont pierce them, but they do sell the pretty dangling ones, idk about hot topic but SOME claires do sell the rings. other good places to go is pacific sunwear (if there is any around you) they sell them for good prices and sometime they have sales, x0 Renee

Nope, both stores don't pierce belly buttons because you need a body piercing parlor to do that. I think it has to do with the law or something but they do sell belly button piercing jewelry! Hope I helped :)
