Brett,
I used to work at a camp with these three guys who were really good friends. When I showed up, they took me into their group and we were the best support staff ever! Then, when the next year came around, only one of the guys (let's call him "Lennon") and myself came back out to work. Another guy in our group (let's call him "Frodo") broke his wrist so he couldn't work, and that was understandable. But my other friend (let's call him "CO2") totally ditched us. Sometimes, I just want to write him a big hate letter full of mean things like, "You chose money over Jesus. You greedy SOB". How can I reconcile with my once friend turned burger flipper without getting angry at him? Would it help to have Lennon and Frodo with me? Please help me. Thanks.
Random guy named Zuko

Dont be angry, these things happen. You cant work at a certain place forever, people need different things to do. I have been going to a certain camp since I was 9, and along the years I have gotten a friends to go with me, and out of all those friends, one of my best friends did not like it. She is probably one of the only people that I know of that did not like this camp. It was very sad because I thought had a good time. I got kind of upset that she didnt like it because I love going, but I did not end our friendship over it. I dont think that God would not want you to be too mad over something as insignificant as who you hang out with at camp, just the fact that you work there has probably touched many peoples lives in more ways then you know. It is really sad that CO2 missed out on that. There is no need for you to be too mad at CO2 that you cant still be friends, yet you should definitally talk to him, and if you need Frodo and Lennon there, I bet they would understand, they seem like great guys. Well, I hope I helped.
