i had a bad day today i mean a REALLY bad day what should i do to cheer myself up? thanx!

Collect yourself. Cry get mad. accept your day sucked and was really bad. Remember you are the only one who can make things good for you. The mind is it's own place and in it can make a hell of heaven and a heaven of hell. Do what you want as long as no one else gets hurt. Relax eat what you want. Treat yourself to a full body realaxation. bath, spa whatever. shave your legs. masterbate and feel great. put on lotion and feel good that you can take care of you. ]
talk to your friends, if they piss you off, just get off the computer/phone and take a nap, get something to eat but not alot because its bad to eat when your upset i guess. do something you like to do, sketch draw paint write watch tv or a movie! i have a journal online, i always write in it, everyday, and all i do is write down how i feel about things what i did.. x0 hope you feel better, CHEER UP! =) ]
Have a spa day for yourself, do yoga, watch your favorite movie, hang out with friends, eat chocalate (ONLY A FEW PIECES SO YOU DON'T GET FAT/SICK), write it down in a diary, or even just crying can sometimes help. I hope I hepled! ♥ good luck and be happy! ]
