Erinn_the_bamf answered Thursday January 6 2005, 3:37 pm: Have a spa day for yourself, do yoga, watch your favorite movie, hang out with friends, eat chocalate (ONLY A FEW PIECES SO YOU DON'T GET FAT/SICK), write it down in a diary, or even just crying can sometimes help.
